Nikhil has spent his career on both sides of the counter — inside the insurance industry before advising families from outside it. That is the whole reason this practice talks so directly about misselling: he has seen how the products get sold, and to whom, and why the wrong one so often wins.
He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER, NISM Brokers Qualified, and holds the National Insurance Academy’s brokers qualification. His AMFI registration is ARN-316331. Every one of those is independently checkable, which is the point of listing them.
He founded NS Advisory, the practice that became Wealth Farming Advisory, and has since worked with more than 3,500 families across Maharashtra — in Pune, Nashik, Nagpur, Jalgaon and Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar as much as in Thane.

The entity behind the name
Wealth Farming Advisory is a trade name presented by Nihar Welsure Brokers Private Limited, CIN U66220MR2026PTC478825, incorporated 23 July 2026 with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Harshal Digambar Randhe is Managing Director.
Head office: A Wing, 9th Floor, Ashar IT Park, Wagle Estate, Road No. 16, Thane (West), Maharashtra 400604.
We act as a distributor and a broker. Mutual fund distribution is under AMFI registration ARN-316331. Insurance is placed with the insurers on our panel, and lending decisions rest with the lender. We do not hold your money at any point — investments go directly to the fund house, premiums directly to the insurer.
How we work
Two things we do differently
The first is that we say what we are paid and by whom. Distributors are paid commission by the product provider. That is normal and it is legal, and it is also exactly why an advisor’s recommendation is worth examining. We would rather you knew the arrangement than discovered it.
The second is the seminars. Nikhil runs free financial literacy sessions in person — for uniformed services units, for companies, for community groups. No product is sold in the room. It is the most reliable way we have found to reach people who have been badly advised before and are, reasonably, suspicious of the next person offering help.

What does CFP® mean?
CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER — an international certification covering investment, insurance, tax, retirement and estate planning, requiring examination, relevant experience and adherence to a code of ethics. It is a qualification in financial planning as a whole rather than in selling any one product.
Where do you operate?
Across Maharashtra. The office is in Thane, and much of the practice is in Pune, Nashik, Nagpur, Jalgaon and Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. Seminars are run in person wherever the group is.
Do you advise in Marathi?
Yes. Being explained a product properly in the language you think in is not a small thing, and it is one of the things clients mention most.
