For employers

Money worries follow people to work

A benefit that costs you almost nothing

Financial stress is one of the most common things employees carry and one of the least likely to be raised with HR. An hour of straight, unsold financial education is a genuine benefit — and one of the cheapest you can offer.

What we run

Three programmes

Standalone or as a series. Most employers start with the first and add the others once the response is in.

Financial awareness sessions

The basics, delivered straight: salary structure and tax, what the EPF actually gives you, emergency funds, and how to start investing without needing to become an expert.

  • 45–90 minutes
  • In person, at your office
  • Marathi, Hindi or English

Employee financial wellness

A longer engagement — sessions across the year, plus a named advisor employees can approach individually if they choose to.

  • Scheduled through the year
  • Optional one-to-one access
  • No obligation on any employee

Misselling and scam awareness

How the frauds actually work — the relationship manager with a target, the fake advisory group, the guaranteed-return scheme. This is consistently the session people talk about afterwards.

  • Real patterns, not generic advice
  • What to check before signing anything
  • Where to complain, and to whom

Why employers do this

The cheapest benefit on the list

Financial stress shows up as absence, distraction, and salary-advance requests HR would rather not be fielding. It is also one of the few employee problems that responds well to plain information.

There is no per-employee cost, no platform to license and no minimum headcount. What it costs you is a room and an hour.

Where we have run these

Sectors and organisations

  • MAHATRANSCO
  • Hospitals and healthcare staff
  • Manufacturing and plant teams
  • IT and services companies
  • Housing societies
  • Teachers’ associations
  • Self-help groups

Sessions are arranged directly with the employer or organiser. If your sector is not listed, ask anyway — this reflects where we have been invited, not where we will go.

FAQ

Questions people actually ask

What does it cost?

Nothing. There is no fee to the employer and no cost to employees. Some attendees later choose to become clients, which is what makes the programme work for us — but no one is asked to in the session.

Will our employees be sold to?

Not in the session. No product is presented and no details are collected. If an employee wants advice afterwards they can approach us themselves.

How big does the group need to be?

No minimum. We have run sessions for a dozen people and for several hundred. Smaller groups usually ask better questions.

Can you run it in Marathi?

Yes. Marathi, Hindi or English, and in practice often a mix depending on the room.

Do you handle group insurance or corporate policies?

Yes — group health, group term and employer liability cover are all things we can arrange, separately from the awareness programme. Ask and we will treat it as its own conversation rather than bundling it in.

Tell us roughly how many people and where you are. We will suggest a format. For an armed forces, police or paramilitary unit, see For Soldiers instead.
