Have these ready before you start
The form takes a few minutes if you have these to hand, and a lot longer if you have to go and find them. Gather them first.
- Last 3 months’ pay slips for each applicant
- Last 6 months’ bank statements for each applicant
- Passport-size photograph for each applicant
- Form 16 for each applicant
- Latest electricity bill for your residence
- Details of any loans you are currently repaying
- Sanction letter for any live loan
Where there is a co-applicant, the items marked for each applicant are needed for both of you. Scans or clear phone photographs are fine.
And these details
- Mother’s name — applicant
- Mother’s name — co-applicant
- Mobile number for each applicant
- Email address for each applicant
- Official email address, if you have one
- Residence address, as it appears on your address proof
- Office or business address, as it appears on your proof
- Years in your current job or business
- The loan amount you are looking for
- Two personal references — name, mobile number and address
Two personal references are a standard lender requirement. Please let those two people know you are giving their details, before you do.
